RESOURCES HUB
Tools, guidance, and organizing resources to help federal workers defend our agencies, protect public service, and build collective power.
Welcome to the Federal Unionists Network Resources Hub—a central place for federal workers, union leaders, and union members to access tools to organize, take action, and defend our agencies and the people we serve.
Here you’ll find a variety of resources to help you engage your coworkers, participate in actions, share clear public messaging, and strengthen worker power in your workplace. Whether you’re leading in your local or just getting involved, this hub is designed to help federal workers show up together, protect public service, and build the collective strength we need for the fights ahead.
MAY DAY 2026
The May Day Strong coalition is organizing a nationwide day of action on May 1 with:
Hundreds of local events
A shared “Workers Over Billionaires” frame
Coordinated demands around public investment, worker power, and defending communities
Federal workers will join communities across the country to show up together—lawfully, visibly, and with purpose. We serve the public, not billionaires, and we’re taking action to defend the work we do and the communities who rely on strong public services.
Check out the May Day Action toolkit that gives you what you need to take action: messaging, graphics, event guidance, social media content, and ways to participate that are lawful, voluntary, and within your rights. Whether you’re attending an event, organizing coworkers, or speaking out online, these resources are here to help you move from solidarity to worker-led organizing and collective power.
“Workers over billionaires. Public service over the super-rich. When our agencies are weakened, the public pays the price.”
