Who We Are

The Federal Unionists Network (FUN)  is a national movement of federal workers and allies working in coalition to defend public services and rebuild government for a more democratic, equitable, and just country.
Group of people holding a red banner in front of a government building, likely the Capitol, during a protest or rally. The banner reads "Federal Unions Network," "We work for you," with additional text referencing DMV federal workers and a hashtag #SaveOurServices. The group is diverse, with men and women smiling and dressed in business casual attire.

Our mission is to fulfill the promise of a government that is genuinely for and by the people — a multiracial democracy that is responsive to the needs of the public, is equitable, and just.

Defending democracy and our constitutional promise

Resisting political purges and dismantling of public services

Rebuilding a public sector that serves all communities with equity and care

Federal workers are rising — not just to resist, but to rebuild.

We took an oath — not to a politician, a party, or a billionaire — but to the Constitution and to the people of this country.
Our oath is a promise to fight for a government that works for everyone, not just the wealthy and well-connected.

That is why federal workers, along with our communities, are organizing to stop this attack and build something better.
