About Us

The Federal Unionists Network (FUN) is a movement of federal workers and their allies who know that our government should improve the lives of all people, in every neighborhood, across the country.

Through democratic, bottom-up, worker-to-worker union organizing, training, education, and mutual support, the FUN empowers federal workers across agencies and unions to protect public goods and services/the administrative branch of government.

The FUN is creating a broad nationwide coalition of federal workers, experts, and communities, prioritizing deep collaboration with those impacted by the government to be the force that will rebuild the government to create a more democratic, equitable, and just country for all.
